Breakdown Voltage of 1500 VDC.
Measurements in the range of 500 Teraohms or 50 Femto amps with Triax connectors and driven guards. Driven Guard circuits also reduce measurement times. Modules may be interconnected to form large multiplexers with Isolation relays to maintain specs.
