Cytec and QuadTech Partner

Cytec has teamed with QuadTech to provide our customers complete multi-point test solutions. Cytec and QuadTech know how important it is to properly automate HiPot, insulation resistance and milliohm measurements. All Cytec products come with IEEE488 and RS232 interfaces, while QuadTech′s products have standard RS232 controls, with IEEE488 available as an option. LabView and Visual Basic drivers are available for both.

Cytec′s HXV Series of high voltage switches, when combined with QuadTech′s HiPot testers, can supply computer controlled setups that test from 16 to 2048 individual points. The HXV Series can be used for voltages ranging from 0 to 5000 VAC, and they can also be used for IR and LCR testing as well. The HXV Series is used by many customers in the Aerospace and Medical Equipment Industries, often for feedthroughs and multi-leaded medical products.

For multipoint LCR and IR Testing alone, it is often more cost effective to utilize another Cytec product, such as our JX Series Multiplexers or CX Series Coaxial Switches.

QuadTech′s Guardian 1010 AC HiPot Tester, Guardian 1030 AC/DC/IR Tester and Hybrid 2000 AC/DC/IR/DCR Safety Analyzer all come with RS232 control standard, enabling fast and easy integration in multi-point scanner applications. The units can supply up to 5000 VAC, 6000 VDC for HiPot as well as up to 50 GigaOhms for IR measurement.

The LR2000 Milliohmmeter is ideal for low resistance measurements requiring a four terminal Kelvin connection and measurements down to 1 micro ohm.
